Goals:
Provide a conduit for Firestone High School students to develop a sense of leadership, character, and community to be an asset as they pursue and establish their futures. Establish Firestone High Baseball as one of the finest student athlete organizations in the area, and allow the young men who commit to this organization an opportunity to someday compete at the state level, and receive recognition in terms of opportunities to showcase their abilities on and off the field at the next level.

Career:
Civil/Structural Engineering Consultant
Coach Lightfoot has made his career as a civil and structural engineer for the past 25 years. Coach Lightfoot is co-founder and owner of Infrastructure Services, Inc. (ISI) and now BWL Engineering, Inc. ISI had offices in Akron and Cincinnati and has had the opportunity to assist in the designs of some major projects such as Jacobs Field, Paul Brown Stadium, and the Cleveland Browns Stadium, and assisted in the Akron Public Schools' redevelopment efforts. Currently, BWL Engineering, Inc. provides structural and civil engineering consulting services and investigations for various public and private organizations including the City of Akron.
