Head Middle School Coach

Responsibilities:
Assist in daily decisions and activities associated with the baseball program. Coach Payden is the head coach for the Litchfield Middle School program and also acts as the player off-season development coach for the U14 group.

Career:
Legal Assistant - Coach Payden has made his career with the Federal Government approaching thirty two years this May. Spending four years as a Radioman in the navy, home ported in Yokosuka, Japan aboard a flagship, and also later stationed in Guam. Upon being honorably discharged in 1978, he began working for the Navy Finance Center which became the Defense Finance & Accounting Services at the federal building in Cleveland, as an Administrative Program Assistant until February 2007, where he began serving as a Legal Assistant for the Department of Health & Human Services, the Office of Medicare Hearings & Appeals where he is currently employed.
Coach Payden is also the Senior Pastor of First Baptist Church of Malvern Ohio, serving there since July of 1996.
